Where we ship
We currently offer free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders to the US, UK, AU, and CA. No minimum order value required.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

Customs and import duties
For international orders outside the country of origin, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages
